Walk over to Lido Deck. Unfortunately, the pool was drained. No swimming today boys!
Time for 11s. On Lido Deck, perform 11 squats. Then go down to the Hole and perform 1 Carolina Dry Dock. Back to Lido Deck for 10 squats. To Hole for 2 Carolina Dry Docks. Continue this pattern until you reach 1 squat and 11 Carolina Dry Docks.
Mosey up the grassy hill and behind the school to the rock pile.
One large rock, and one smaller rock. For Drop Sets. Start with Heavy rock and then immediately transfer to smaller rock.

TRQ continues to produce quality numbers. Both in number of Pax and the average age.
3 double respects (including the FNG – Africian Queen)
Youngest guy was 32.
Everyone agreed that by 15 Hand Release merkins, it was getting excessive.
YHC choose very poorly on large rock. Really hesitated on calling skull crushers, for fear of actually crushing something.
FNG John Craig – He was EH’d by a Pax in Moorehead City who told him that he was involved with F3, and that there was F3 here in Winston-Salem. John is a double respect! He is currently consulting. Father of two daughters, and grandfather to one! Turns out that his youngest daughter and my son attended the same high school Small world. He clearly loves school. UNC -Chapel Hill for undergrad. He and Green Acres were there at the same time. IU (Bloomington) for one of his Masters. He was a missionary in Africa for 3 years…hence African Queen. YHC tried to tie African Queen to the 1970-s tv show Alice. One of the characters in the show always referenced it. A lot of blank stares greeted that suggestion. He is also a big time rucker – so DDay is going to introduce him to DashPaxRuckers.
