YHC took a quick glance at Slack yesterday and noticed Spam was in need of a Substi-Q for Distillery.  YHC jumped at the opportunity to help another pax in need.  It also afforded YHC to try his interpretation of the Deck of Death.  This is how it went:

Warm-o-rama:

  • SSH x 50 ic

The Thang:

  • Pax grabbed standard sized cinder blocks from pile.  60 minutes was generous to bring YHC the twice as heavy block.  He’s a very sweet guy.
  • The rules:
    • flip over 4 cards and do associated exercises according to chart:
      • Clubs = 20 Curls
      • Spades = 20 Skull Crushers
      • Hearts = 20 Upright Rows
      • Diamonds = 20 Bent Over Rows
      • All Face Cards and Aces = 10 Burpees
  • This is how it all played out:
