I was overcome by the quality of the people assembled as our beatdown began and I MCed an acknowledgement of the honor I had to be associated with them. Planned a parking deck style beatdown to stay dry, but Omaha-ed to work out across the street due to the surprising lack of rain. All PAX should recognize that. WIB is conducive to a Goofy-style beatdown, cardboard and 45 minutes of “not-so-good-times” ahead, so here we go…..

COT: H.O.G. is the Q for UA tomorrow. Next week is the Burns challenge, turn out to ALL 7 workouts WITH the Burns Q and he will buy you a beer at JuggHeads next Sunday  afternoon. Prayers for Offsides family, H.O.G.s pastor’s father battling lung cancer and COVID-19. Encouraged the PAX to accept unmerited favor as a sign to make another step to their destiny to glorify God and attract others to Him.

MC was mostly quiet due to the need to excessively count, 600 minimum reps. The cream rose to the top as Cherry Pie, H.O.G., and Litter Box were out there. Litter Box, Turn Over, and Honey Badger were form masters with quality reps over speed. Drip, Mutton, and Burns were kind to keep me company. What an incredible assembly of talent and effort. I left the keys in the trash at Mayberry’s.
