QIC: Snake Eyes

PAX: Palin, Bueller, buy-out, HOG, lambchop, drip, barbie, Ziggy, FNG = Moon Rocks

Well, first Q out at the IS, went well, lots of early chatter so knew we needed to push it to cut down on Palin’s word count per minute. HOG there early as usual, he’s a self-starter. Drizzling rain from the start to finish, which Palin continually had at the forefront of his mind as he pleaded for a sheltered-workout. No such luck today. Had a couple literal run-ins from PAX today: buy-out shows up shirtless ready to go, and Bueller comes in a fashionable time (glad he came, always solid work from him). Lamb chop mentioned quarantined PAX, Palin kept mentioning rain, and Drip encouraged me not to capitulate to his hat comments. We had four stations:

Warmarama:

SSH

Whirly with a clap

Arm swirly back and forward

Imperial storm trooper

Station One:

Dips, more dips, merkins, derkins, plank jacks, step ups

Station two: Partner up

B: burpees (400m backward run while partner worked burpees)

O: overhead presses 100 then bear crawl 100m

M: modify (do 100 reps of whatever you like) (then some Pax proceeded to climb the ROTC wall nearby- just because)

B: backwards run

Station three: 12 sided sticky notes

Dirkens, merkins, squat jumps, standing on head, chin ups, pull ups, low flutter, lap around building, etc.

Station four: Pilot view

Running backwards, sideways, high knees, quick mosy

Moon rocks crushed it for his FNG debut, Palin won the mumble chatter award (not sure when he could ever lose that, I guess Zima is the only who gives him a run?), buy-out had fun but seemed like he could go for another hour, Drip and barbie were solid all the way through, lamb chop cruised as usual, Bueller made nice use of the grass on the inside of the track for bear crawls, ziggy blew our minds with the head stand with buy-out, and I enjoyed being out there.
