11 Pax posted at the most convenient RnG AO for me this morning. While Mayhem is closer, Meadowlark is too dangerous to run on. So, Leinbach Park works.
We took a relatively straightforward route that did not cross Robinhood and had low elevation change. The Pax seemed satisfied with it.
After running, we did some exercises in tabata format. Merkins, low flutter, Squats, LBC, CDD, low Dolly.
Juicebox took us out.
Apologies for the lame BB.

Burlap
This BB is fine. What is impossible to express via this particular medium is the horrific odor some of us experienced during the Gun portion. I am not gonna mention names, but his license plate says “DVLS”.
