YHC traveled to WeFoCo for some fun this morning. The idea of 23s originally popped into y head… but dang that’s a lot. So logically, 12s was the obvious next step down. The rain changed some plans slightly, but the empty upper lot and island setup worked better than what was originally planned!

- 7-layer Dozen Dip: Before each exercise, perform 12 dips.
- Right leg step up x 12

- Butt-to-bench squats x 12
- Bulgarian split squat L x 12
- Bulgarian split squat R x 12
- Irkins x 12

- Lunge Walk length of Lot
- Perform 12 Squats at each island (96 total)
- Pick up the 6 and join them
- American Islands
- Run to 8th island and back, gradually decrease island to 0
- Perform 12 American Hammers at each island (96 total)
- Pick up the 6 and join them
- Burping Bear Lanes
- Bear crawl length of lot
- At each line, perform a burpee (30 total)
- Pick up the 6 and join them

Thanks to Schneider for valiently representing… I guess those who missed today will just have to post to IMPOSSIBLE SITUATION *this Saturday* for the 3rd Annual BBA Sexual Chocolate beatdown to make it up to me…
- Great to see Hooker again, and he brought his father-in-law, Mr. Jinxy, in town from Nashville, who I met back on the 4th of July! The duo made up the War Baby and War Daddy for today’s beatdown.
- Zima posted the day before his knee surgery. You’ll never hear that man complain about pain, but he might complain about burpee form, or deviating from number based theme. Zima told us that Drip would be his anesthetist tomorrow… leading the PAX to joke about Drip getting revenge for years of pain/suffering at Zima Qs. Prayers for both men were made during CoT!
- Hooker busted out some Weezer “Island in the Sun” mid beatdown while running from island to island for our American Hammers… it was both a hint that YHC should have brought music and entertainingly fitting for the island work. YHC joined in some for the first round… But no encore during the second round though??
- The Burping Bears are a modification of the Bearkin Crawl, where it’s now a burpee at every line instead of a merkin. YHC thinks this modification is easier… and the original plan called for twelve burpees at each island, instead of one at every line. So we only did 30, instead of 96. You’re welcome.
- Tclaps to Singing Cowboy and Schnieder who ran an EC 2 miler before the beatdown began. They did not like having to run again, but did it anyway.
- Starfish gave hints of a Thanksgiving beatdown at TRQ at 7, which YHC attended 2 years ago? He said he will NOT post at 0530, and without missing a beat Schneider said The Distillery is still meeting at 0530. Post at one, either, or both, a guaranteed good time!
- Brainfart of the morning was YHC saying he was Qing at “Information Systems” on Saturday instead of “Impossible Situation”….. A sign that YHC might be working too much. Once clarified, and a few shouts of “NERD” given, YHC encouraged those still in town on Saturday to come out for the 3rd Annual BBA Sexual Chocolate Beatdown and/or coffeeteria at Footnote at 0830 afterward! YHC’s favorite time of year!
I enjoyed the trip out to WeFoCo, and look forward to coming back again soon. Thanks for the Keys, Snake Eyes, I took them with me so you’ll have to post to IS on Saturday to get them back!!
