Typing this backblast, YHC noticed there were quite a few PAX whose names start with the letter “S”.  7 of 9 if you allow me to count Singing Cowboy.  Cool observation, or not.  Anyway, here is what happened at #VillageIdiocy this morning.

• Seated hamstring stretch to L side x 10 IC
• Seated hamstring stretch to R side x 10 IC
• Repeat-O on the seated hamstring stretch both sides
• Bent Leg Body Twist x 15 IC
• Back Stretch x 20 IC

Mosey to upper parking lot for #DORA 1-2-3

We had 9 PAX so we paired up in groups of 3.  1 PAX did AMRAP of the exercise while 2 ran across the parking lot.  2 PAX took over doing AMRAP of the exercise while solo PAX ran.  Repeat-O until 1oo, 200 and 300 reps of the exercises were complete.

• 100 Merkins
• 200 LBCs
• 300 Squats

There was still plenty of time so we did another round of Half Dora while also having 1 PAX from group 1 rotate to group 2, 1 PAX from group 2 rotating to group 3 and 1 PAX from group 3 rotating to group 1.   Run this same as before but only doing 75, 100 and 150 reps of each exercise.

• 75 Carolina Dry Docks
• 100 Gas Pumps
• 150 Monkey Humpers

10 second count called by the Q then we lunged walked to the stop sign leading to the main parking lot.

• Carioca to first set of trees (watch out for cars backing out)
• Carioca facing opposite direction to second set of trees (watch out for incoming cars)

Mosey to parking spaces at far end of building and line up for suicides.

• 2 rounds of suicides being careful not to slip on the leaves

• Great seeing Suede as he is starting to become a #WeFoCo regular.  I think this is the first time I’ve worked out with him at #VI, but he’s been coming out to #TheDistillery recently.
• Our fearless SiteQ, #SnakeEyes was on time today.  True definition of a #HIM!  You have jumped in head first to F3 in a short time and we all appreciate your leadership!
