Run ‘n Gun dominated on many fronts in the land of F3 Winston Salem this morning.  A baker’s dozen is a strong showing, and it was also collectively observed that RnG likely has the highest average age of the F3WS AOs.  All can agree that these fine pax are older, wiser, better looking.  It’s really not debatable, especially when Burlap is in the mix.

YHC meant to post a flat-ish route but wasn’t overly successful.

MMR said it was to be 3.58 mi, 167′, but Garmin said 3.47 mi, 259’.

Relative to the run portion, tabata was a hot mess, or at least the app was a mess.  Swear that it was tested last night and worked without a hitch.  A nearby bird seemed to think that the phone was trying to talk to it, and YHC was wondering if we’d get divebombed or if the bird was going to try to get freaky with the phone.  Ew.

In spite of all that, we did a few sets of exercises:

Squats/Peter Parkers
American Hammers/Merkins
Lunges/Arm Swirly Things
