A healthy 7 WSO #DASHPAX ran swiftly for 3.1 miles (Burlap-approved, though he did not post) from and back to Leinbach Park this am. Weather was chilly, but rather pleasant for the occasion.
PAX ran down Sally Kirk past TJMS, right on Thornill, left on Tallison, left on Ashley Glen, quick left on Chester, left on Peace Haven, hard left on Polo, right on Robinhood, left on Norman, left on Sally Kirk, then home.
15 minutes of Tabata followed with such offerings as Merkins, Squats, Irkins, Dips, Stepups and LBCs.
MC: Zuck buzzed into the lot at 5:31 but still caught the PAX; left his keys in the ignition (YHC thinks he turned the engine off). Mongoose complained that route was long at 3.11 miles. Closer made Mongoose run hard. Mutton did his own crunches at the end (you v. you). BT and JB have ageless legs. YHC hobbled along.
There were announcements (Bev is running 43 miles for some strange reason one day in January – see him for details as YHC does not understand it). And prayer requests. And YHC took us out.
