Warmorama: Being December 5, we did warmups counting to 12 and then 5 burpees between each warmup. This went on for a bit. Thanks Huckleberry.
The Thang: Moseyed to the bee of The Intimidator where we moseyed Mutton-style backwards to the 4 stops where we performed mrekins, WW II sit-ups, and squats at a count of 4, 8, 16, and 32 at each stop
While we were at the top of the hill, we moseyed to the low brick wall at the bank across from Grace Court. The wall has 5 sections, so we spread out along the wall, do 12 derkins, maintain that posture and upside down “crawl” to the next section to repeat the 12 derkins until you have done 5 sets of 12 and returned to your original position. We repeated this strategy with dips and derkins as well. Thanks Huckleberry.
From there, we took the long mosey down to the track where we ran the straight away and then bearcrawled the curve for 12 hand “steps” followed by one twisty burpee. Once we arrived at the back straight away, 12 duck walk steps, 12 squats, 12 duckwalk steps, 11 squat, 12 duckwalk steps, 10 squats, continuing this pattern until we completed a single twisty burpee.

MNM: Mumblechatter and fellowship flowed like catsup on a bun throughout the morning. Piknik Basket had a colon blow near the end of our time, but Boo Boo was there to lasso the boo boo. Cat Call is new to me and he brought great energy to the proceedings. The H.O.G. has become like the old, wise Yoda to keep the Q in line, while the Palin keeps things moving light and happy. I can’t wait to get Zima back to balance out the Palin. Drip and Lamb Chop are my brothers from another mother. Zig and 5 Dollar kept cadence with each other for a Hanes Park mosey and intellectual convo. Van Gogh makes us look legit at the airport.
Not as organized and on top of it as normal ,but the guys are the best to fill in the gaps. Would not want to start the day with anyone else, other than my girlfriend or M, whichever.
