YHC brought back an abysmal beatdown from nearly two years ago at The Outhouse to please the WeFoCo crew this morning. On its own it would be devilishly difficult, but an added caveat of 5 merkins after every exercise really adds up quick. Lots of dead arms leaving the parking lot today.

Mutton Crunch L&R, Heels to Heaven, Makhtar N’Diayes, Big O all x15 IC and each followed by (you guessed it) 5 merkins…except for Big O. YHCs arms failed him trying to call Jane Fondas as the last exercise. I called time with about 15 seconds left on the clock out of mercy for myself

YHC enjoyed an EC run with TSC and Schneider. Both incredibly fun gentlemen to chat with, they run that 2 mile route every Monday and you (yes, you!) should join them sometime!

Starfish and Boomerang decided to double the total merkin count because “you use two arms,” so when they tell you they did 420 merkins today don’t believe them.

Snake Eyes has been laying low for a couple of weeks but is back on his feet and dominated the gloom this morning.
