9 Pax showed up even after a preblast that promised a beatdown as payback for the name they gave the Q over a year and half ago. Surprisingly, Zima made a comment about the beatdown as if he didn’t receive ample warning the day prior – More on that later.

The parking lot is a big rectangle and YHC used the entire shape for the warmup and beatdown.

Middle: 11 Burpees (would have been 10 but Dr. Toot showed up and it became 11)
Mary was a little different today. YHC felt that just sitting around in a circle doing situps would be lazy. So with 15 minutes to spare, YHC ended the Beatdown and told the pax to meet by the speaker for a Mary Dora.

YHC communicated his reasoning for the beatdown – I was named Tigger because I am an Alabama grad and said Roll Tide too emphatically in my first F3 workout. The fine men at Mayhem that morning decided on Tigger, which is certainly better than War Eagle or Go Tigers (Thanks to the person that said, we want him to come back).
Zima said this workout must have looked better on paper as if he didn’t believe the preblast promise of a beatdown…
Turnover and VG were so far ahead doing TO & VG things that YHC didn’t hear any chatter – Impressive work
Dr. Toot & Drip continue to impress YHC & were not far behind TO & VG #respect #respectrespect. Seriously strong work
Zima just had surgery on his knee and was out there killing it.

This was the second time YHC has worked out with the Deuce – Both times were this week. Strong work at the Estate and at Mayhem
