YHC woke up this rainy morning at 1:30am and remained awake until time to officially get up and Q Parliament. YHC fought every urge to crawl back in bed and made it out the door. Upon arrival at AO, YHC noticed nary a car but his own. With about a minute left to start, the faithful site Q pulls in. We now have a group. We stepped into the wet gloom, found some dry shelter and got it done. This is how things went:
