YHC was thinking this past week about having something “special” for the pax at this week’s Conspiracy and posted the outcome of that “brain”storm on Slack on Tuesday following Huck’s birthday party, thrown by Zima, at Flatline (because that was the only muscle still working, and that’s a highly subjective opinion).
Warmarama:
0530: Standard fare, including Cherry Pies in honor of the missing HIM.
Beatdown:
Mosey from Launch to Pilot View for a fun game.
Rules:
Two dice of different colors: White = exercise & base # of reps; Red = reps multiplier
1 = Bonnie Blairs (DC): Al Gore for the Six
2 = Dan Taylors: Russian Deadlifts for the Six
3 = WWIIs: Low Planks for the Six
4 = Merkins: Pickle Pounders for the Six
5 = Burpees: Triple Bears for the Six
6 = Mike Tysons: Cheesesteak Penguin Crunches for the Six
Scenarios:
- White: 1 x Red: 1 = 1 Bonnie Blair + Run Up to Next Block
- White: 2 x Red: 6 = 12 Dan Taylors
- White: 3 x Red: 3 = 9 WWIIs
- White: 4 x Red: 5 = 20 Merkins
- White: 5 x Red: 2 = 10 Burpees
- White: 6 x Red: 6 = 36 Mike Tysons + Run Back Down to Prior Block
A roll of Snake Eyes (1 x 1) at Summit ends the game. Continue until time is called.

CoT:
No prayer requests spoken, many prayers for one another needed.
Moleskin:
- Exceptional effort from all in attendance! These guys were animals and had a positive disposition throughout.
- The temperature was not bad, but the wind, man. The hills definitely shielded us from the wind during the majority of the fun.
- We spent a lot of time at the bottom of Pilot View on West End and turned away several dog walkers who came upon a bunch of boys exercising in the gloom.
- Some rule changes will be necessitated prior to the next run of this workout. Only one pair of Snake Eyes was rolled, by Litter Box. Thus, as a group, we only made it up to Carolina. Upon arrival to Carolina, we asked LB to roll again, and he delivered…30 Mike Tysons.
- For the future, Litter Box (I think) had the idea of duplicate rolls of 1, 2, or 3 on the white & red dice enabling the group to move up a block, while duplicate rolls of 4, 5, or 6 pushes the group back down to the prior block. We’ll go with that next time.
- Razzie arrived ON TIME, but he had not read the pre-blast. He was excited once he saw the weinke.
- A three-pack contingent of Razzie, BooBoo, and Litter Box rebelled at the outcome of the last roll of the dice of 25+ reps of Mike Tysons and chose to run to Summit instead. Following completion of the reps, the others of us looked earnestly for them, to no avail. They returned to the launch point by 0620. *Shrug*
- YHC overhead some strong 2nd F from BooBoo and Snake Eyes throughout, and there was some good natured ribbing among the pax for the numerous poor rolls.
- Total reps resulting from the rolls were:
- Bonnie Blairs – <15

- Merkins – 158
- Burpees – 95 (Bevo was correct; Triple Bears following Burpees was awful)
- Mike Tysons – >60
