12 pax gathered to celebrate the 7th birthday of the VI AO.  It was the morning after the super bowl and there was talk about wings a beer but they posted anyway.

0530 – mission statement and happy birthday to VI

Warm o rama – SSH x 20 IC, IW x 15 IC, abe V x 6 IC, toy soldier x 15 IC, whirly x 1o IC, michael phelps x 10 IC.

Mosey to the gravel track to celebrate the birthday.

the pax found that everyone had a present for the party (well almost everyone).  each pax had a pair of bricks as a gift but we were short 2 pairs – Sour gladly donated his and Spicoli just walked up and the party favors were spoken for.

the BIRTHDAY workout:

B – burpees

I – irkins

R – rows

T – toe touch squats

H – hatching butterfly (lexicon – like a WWII with the bricks held over your head)

D – derkins

A – alternating lunges

Y – y’s (Heels to heaven with a rosalitta at the top)

7 years old so 7 reps of each.

stop at the 4 corners of the track and perform all the exercises above for 7 reps – all with your bricks.

and ……..just keep going till time is called.

Schneider ate bad pork during the super bowl – it had to be bad to create the odor that lingered outside

YHC was the 6  most of the day so you will have to ask about other chatter from the rest of the pax
