YHC has been pumped about some double dutch. “Tigger doesn’t run but still needs cardio.” Enter the beautiful words, “Double Dutch.” Each of the previous Thursday’s were fantastic and inspired the beatdown today. Closer (MIA today) led a fire Tabata beatdown & Bevo brought it with a benchmark challenege. Combine the two and you have beatdown to remember.
Q-Fail and words of wisdom to future Q’s: “If you make a last minute change to the location, change said location on the calendar” – Cheesesteak…sorry Cheesesteak.

Thank you to the men that showed up today and let me lead. Double Dutch has really become one of my favorite AO’s and I really hope that it continues. Again, my sincerest apology to Cheesesteak for the calendar/location confusion but I must mention that he was the only one that experienced said confusion. My bad!
