It’s Super Bowl weekend so YHC wanted to make that the theme of the workout, knowing this red blooded bunch of guys would enjoy it even more!  Problem:  the last pro football game the Q saw was last year’s Super Bowl. 🤷‍♂️  Then YHC found out Tom Brady is the oldest active player in the NFL and felt an immediate connection. Old guys RULE!  Having  memorized the ages and jersey numbers for the SB QB’s, YHC visualized a Super Q. But sadly, reality was a little disorganized and unimaginative, but we had fun anyway!  🤡
warmarama: SSH, arm swirls, AV, squats, Imp Walkers, and a few merkins.  Then down the nearby hill to start the Thang:  12 burpees, then backpedal up the hill, 43 WW2’s, back down the hill for 25 merkins, backpedal uphill then 43 squats, back down for 15 wide merkins IC, then backpedal up the hill for some LBC’s.

Then down to the Lido deck for 12 step ups ea leg, 25 dips IC, 25 copperhead squats IC, 15 derkins IC, 55 LBC’s OYO, 12 box jumps, howling monkeys with 6 reps ea, 15 wide merkins IC, 43 WW2’s OYO, then to the Rockpile.
Kept calling Tom Brady’s jersey number:  rocks for 12 ea IC curls, OH presses, BO rows, skull crushers x 2 rounds with something in between that I can’t remember, then mosey to playground equipment for 12 pull-ups or chin-ups, 25 merkins, and 25 WW2’s. Then to tennis courts for a Wall Ball Crawl, then back to starting place for Mary. Low flutter x 25 IC, mutton crunch x 12 IC ea side, then plank for last 90 seconds with 3 merkins every 30 seconds, and Fin.

Great work by all. Was awesome to have Sarge back in the mix. COT included comments of appreciation by Sarge Schultz for F3 reaching out in various ways after his stroke, reminder of F3 blood drive Feb 20 (DM Splash if you can donate), GreeNest loves our help toting furniture 1st and 3rd Saturday each month (check GreeNest channel on Slack), and D-Day and daughter are selling Girl Scout cookies. Sarge took us out with a beautiful prayer full of gratitude for his healing and reminding us about the blessings of F3 friends and asked for His guidance in our lives and choices.
