YHC decided to launch from in front of Fleet Feet this morning with no rain in sight. The Q enjoys this location for WIB because it is moderately flat around the parking lot. There was some encouragement from the Pax at whether or not we should just go to Starbucks for some coffee, and concern that running around the parking lot where uncaffeinated people come to get coffee at 530 in the morning was smart. There was also some MC about this location being a good recruiting ground for F3 with LA Fitness being right there. Palin was pondering whether or not to join the Fitness club because they have a pool and he can make his own workouts. Also, about 2 rounds in We Run Winston showed next to Fleet Feet to do some of their workouts, and they just stared at us like we had invaded their territory. Palin also despises the 2021 challenge and officially hates Burpees, Squats, Merkins, and WW2s, thus anytime Palin shows up to a workout that is what all Qs should do for him (i.e Cherry Pie and Arm Swirly things). Palin even asked if we could have variety of workouts today and the Q already had in mind and made up each station with variety of exercises for his convenience .

5 Burpees, 10 Mike Tysons and dips, 25 DC low flutter
Station 3- in front Walmart
5 burpees, 10 DC Australian Mt. Climbers and 10 Rebounds, 25 Heels 2 heavan
Station 4- in front of Fleet Feet
5 Burpees, 10 Carolina Humpers and Squat jumps, 25 DC Cheese steak Penguin Crunch
