Start with standard warmorama fair, including “arm crap” for cherry pie. For some reason I find these to be more fun with CP is present.
Mosey across parking lot for dynamic warmup, changing it up at each parking island: high knees, butt kickers, carioca, skips.
To the rock pile, select a rock and form a circle under the lamppost for a game of cards. Each PAX dealt 5 cards. Go around in circle and play card the PAX will perform the card’s value of the suits corresponding exercise. If the same card is played consecutively, double the second time. If three cards are played in order, Kusak a lap around the circle. Play a joker and all do 10 burpees. aces can be high or low, players choice.
Round 1:
- Heart: curls
- Diamond: tricep ext
- Club: bus driver
- Spade: OH press
Q led the PAX on a rock shuffle: rotate two to the right, find the rock directly across from you and go there, rotate two more to the right. Everyone was pleased with the rock the got.
Round 2:
- Heart: bent rowe
- Diamond: squat
- Club: Front raise
- Spade: lunge
Return rocks and jail break to the cars. YHC made it back by 0615 so no refunds
Honor to lead this morning and participate in such fine MC as
- Pony ain’t got no time for no stinkin lunges, so he did burpees instead
- Organ grinder put in some strong work, great to get to know him better
- boomerang caught me trying to use the same card twice in the same round but was too nice to correct me, figures
- i think i had ziggy a bit scared with the rock shuffle, nothing else fazed him
- Seemed to be a lot more diamonds the second round, fortunate that Whirly had requested squats be included in the second round. i think he got his fill. Glad to have him back out
- green acres was disappointed at the lack of australian merkins, i’ll do better next time
- Mongoose played the ace of spades late in the second round and opted to play it low, revealing that deep down he is a nice guy! earned him the mong-easy moniker
- not a great set of card sharks, only one run and a few pairs…

- Mong-easy is working on the Tractor’s/OG’s route, he apologized for being late. He definitely did not complain at all
