Warm-O-Rama was the normal stuff, with an odd sidebar of extremely detailed medical advice from Lace involving the importance of the big toe in balance. It was more interesting than I’m making it sound, honestly. 

The THANG

Mosey to Track.

  • Mosey halfway around, 10 Merkin, 10 LBCs
  • Mosey second half, 15 Merkins, 15 LBCs
  • …reaat till you hit 25 reps, unless you are Tigger and go ahead and knock out 30. Strong.

 

Mosey to the basketball court for LEG DORA.

 

Partner A runs the distance of court, Partner B does exercise. You know how it works, right?

  • 100 Toy Soldiers (single count)
  • 200 Lunges (single count)
  • 250 Squats (unless you are Lace and Crash and you flagrantly disregard the Omaha and just push through. Strong.

 

Back to the playground, keep with your partner.

 

  • Partner A calls an Ab Exercise, complete 25 reps
  • While that happens, Partner B completes pull-ups till A is done.
  • Flapjack! That is a round.
  • Repeat-0 for 4 total rounds

 

Mosey back for Mary. Your favorites were all there, including rounding out with 10 Merkins OYO.
