It was learned early on that “ONE HIT WONDER” is a debatable term.  YHC considered all played tunes as such, though some (MANY) PAX were unfamiliar with a number of the songs.

The Thang:

The PAX were divided into 4 groups.  There were 4 pain stations (chest; arms; legs; core – PAX did 15 reps of each of 4 moves and repeated until each song ended).  Groups rotated clockwise between the stations at the conclusion of each song.

The group at Station 1 had to name the artist and song.  If correct, we ran a lap.  If incorrect, another group could answer – if that group was correct, all PAX did 5 burpees.  If that group was incorrect, all PAX did 10 burpees.  The Q accepted some relatively non-specific answers, so there were no instances of 10 burpees.

PAX circled up for some Mary at the end.

Q school May 15 at Alcatraz (7 am Saturday at River Oaks Community Church in WeFoCo).

Health Clinic in East Winston this Saturday has been CANCELLED.  BAM will likely inform us on any rescheduling.
