Arrived a bit early to the site and wondered why the low level of activity around the school and then realized later that it was Springbreak. How one forgets these things when the 2.0’s are out of the house. Anyway to the workout…
Warmarama:
Arm Swirlies F as we made our way to the blocks, pausing to reverse them, do SSH’s Abe Vigodas, Whirlies with the Clap and ending with some stretches.
Pick a block or bricks and head to the #5 at the parking lot where we did BLIMPS (had not done these prior to a DQ beatdown at Purgatory a few weeks back)-a crowd pleaser.
B-Blockees X5
L-Lunges X10 (5 on BOTH sides)
I-IST X15
M-Merkins X20
P-Precision Curl sX25 (wanted to do curls)
S-Squats X30
Repeato until we got to the wall at the gym-about 5 or 6 sets-Strong Work By All
Mosey to benches for the following:
10 R Leg Step ups OYO
20 Skull Crushers OYO (blocks looked lonely-PAX disagreed)
10 L Leg Step ups OYO
20 Skull Crushers OYO
20 Dips OYO
Return blocks/bricks
Mosey back for quick Mary (10 of each) except as noted
Mutton Crunch, Alabama Prom Dates, Gas Pumps, Freddie Mercuries, Low Flutters, LBC’s and 5 Burpees

Rest for McHale-trouble sleeping recently, Organ Grinder as he starts back at work after his parental leave and YHC’s sister as she awaits biopsy results.
YHC took us out.
DQ was not thrilled that I followed his lead of using BLIMPS-something about the blocks being heavier than the rocks.
Organ Grinder lead the charge throughout the beatsdown.
Wobegan was quite but hit is hard.
Disappointment that we got all the way to the wall but didn’t do anything once we got there, next time my friends, next time!
Ziggy pushes himself each and every time-encouraging YHC on to do more.
McHale has become a regular at Parliament, and by the way he was working you couldn’t tell he was sleep deprived.
Thanks for the keys Ziggy, I left them at the wall for next time.
