On Monday, May 31 (Memorial Day), YHC will complete my 5th Blackbeard Challenge. Normally, I would travel to Greensboro and complete it with the Pax there on Saturday. Due to a conflict, Saturday is out. So, we will do it here.
What is the Blackbeard Challenge, and who is Blackbeard? Excellent questions. The challenge has differed year to year. The challenge was started by the family of Matthew A. Pucino, an American hero who gave his life in service to our country.
While I strongly encourage you to sign up and pay the fee to the foundation, you are obviously under no obligation. If you do, only $25 plus shipping, you will get some excellent swag.

I plan on completing the Intermediate work, burpees included. That is worth the price of admission alone.
Once you sign up, YHC will see on 5/31 at 7am. Meadowlark Elementary (where Mayhem used to be).
Workout will take place down on the track area.
