PAX: Greenspan, Palin, Boo Boo, Drip, Hazer, Belaire, Mutton, Cheesesteak, Honey Badger

Ten pax gathered at Thruway in what could hardly be classified as gloom.  Palin & Greenspan were the first arrivers and were already gum smacking when yhc vacated his vehicle.  Six others quickly followed suit.  In the pre-work planning, Cherry Pie was inspired to not only provide a robust version of the first “F”, but in these times of lockdown and isolation felt it best to also provide the opportunity to emphasize “F” #2 as well.  Thus, at the conclusion of the 4th and last pain station the lead pax would circle back and pick up the six prior to endeavoring upon the next round of pain station enjoyment.  Given the degree of mumble chatter (ie: vitrol) directed at the Q, yhc was reminded of the old saying…. “Keep your friends close, BUT keep your enemies closer”.  Seemed fitting at the time.  Thus, the pax stayed in close proximity throughout the morning.  Drip joined the previously mentioned pax in his own version of mumble chatter (aka: unsolicited complaining & belly aching).  Meanwhile, Cheesesteak took real exception to the pax’s version of “Crunchy Frog”.  Cheesesteak was quickly told to take it up with Tony Horton.  Boo Boo occasionally threw his own log on the fire, but Hazer, Belaire, Mutton and Honey Badger simply went about the work.  Throughout the morning rarely was there a six to pick up.  Impressive work gentlemen!

  • Full Extension Crunches – 10 in cadence

Station #3

  • Mike Tysons – 10
  • Side Lunges – 10 each leg
  • Freddy Mercs – 10 in cadence

Station #4

  • Hand Release Merkins – 10
  • Bobby Hurleys – 10
  • Crunchy Frogs – 10 in cadence
