17 pax took to the rough and rolling streets of #BuenaVista this morning. Though it started off cool, the weather was mostly ideal for running – though @VanPelt would argue otherwise. The route was pretty much amazing, but would I expect anything less coming from YHC? No – I wouldn’t.

Prayers lifted for aging parents, the Beyea family, others who are injured, sick, hurt, or going through dark times. Also prayers for @JuiceBox and @Resistor as they run the Tobacco Road Marathon this weekend! #GodSpeed!

- Weather was ideal for running (though @VanPelt prefers more heat. YHC typically likes it warmer too)
- Course was pretty decent too – though the rolling hills of #BuenaVista can surprise you
- @Mutton was everywhere this morning. Not sure if he was ever on one of the actual courses, but he was out there doing his thing!
- @Beverly graced us with his presence as he was including #OGs as part of the 22 miles he was running this morning! (I think he was asked four times, “Why are you doing that?!” He’s training for a 50K)
- YHC was pushed for the second week in a row by @Mongoose. Started off today’s run saying “We’re not doing what we did last week.” Welp, we know how that goes. #ISI
- Not sure who is #WarDaddy… @Burlap or @VanPelt…??? #RESPECT
- @Winklevoss was not present and may have retired from running.
- Great group of men out there this morning. Honored to ‘lead’.
