assemble in the hanes park parking lot by the playground. proceed through the following stations:

  1. wall walk – in the BTTW position, walk with your hands the width of a tennis court. reverse direction on subsequent laps
  2. snooki’s house – climb the rope in his front yard, go as high as you are comfortable
  3. elizabeth and magnolia – iron mike x10 (add 2 reps on each subsequent lap)
  4. magnolia and rosewood – HR merkin (add 2 reps on each subsequent lap)
  5. rosewood and leisure – heels 2 heaven (add 2 reps on each subsequent lap)

everyone made it through 4 laps with some starting on the fifth lap. appreciate everyone putting up with me trying something new, YHC had fun
