PAX: Root Canal (WD), Lysol, Cherry Pie, Huckleberry, Booboo & Picnic Basket (Dog.0), FIFO (FNG & WB), BAM

It was a glorious morning for some WIB fun, low humidity and cool temps.  When YHC was reminded he was the Q for today, choosing the launch point was easy, the most scenic AO in Dashpaxland – #TheEstate #Gonetoosoon

Having hosted WIB’s at this AO before with only 3 pain stations, YHC decided to modify and offer 4 stations!  #crazy

Pax were gathered when YHC arrived as well as some FiA cars in the parking lot.

0530 struck and it went down something like this:

Reps per exercise = 10 on first lap and add 2 for each subsequent lap

• Merkin
• Squat
• LBC

• CDD
• Lunge
• Peter Parker

• Wide Merkin
• Side Lunge
• Freddie Merc

• Diamond Merkin
• Calf Raise
• Heels to Heaven

All pax got to at least 16 reps and Cherry Pie got to 38 reps.

NMM

• Pax were bewildered at the lack of official warmup exercises, YHC used lap one as our warm-o-rama, I think they bought it
• Root Canal had a #CodeBrown/#pulledaWhirley around lap 2, he could be seen frantically moving from tree to tree, avoiding poison ivy.  The rain and humidity provided good cover
• Picnic Basket helped Booboo and #the6 keep their form up, she doesn’t say much, but you don’t want to disappoint.
• Having a dog post to WIB, we believe is a first
• When FiA returned from their run during out COT, pax made sure to have no contact and generally ignore their existence per “The Nation’s” protocols.  No pax were infected with their cooties #malecommunityleadership
• YHC has no idea what the #fastholes talked about but the 2ndF focused pax covered lots of ground: parenting older kids, ear piercings, relationships, P&L sheets, parotidectomies, and many other things
• It was determined that CP and all Florida Gator fans are thin skinned, jort wearing people.
• Lysol was on his A-game for naming purposes!  FIFO stands for First In, First Out.  Our FNG was EH’d by Huck for 2 years #dontgointosales, just graduated from PA school and is leaving for Atlanta today.  So, he decided to finally post to get Huck off his back, and probably needs him as a reference at some point.
• FIFO evidently has the same vision problems as Schultzie based on his parking acumen, Double Wide was also considered.  Rumored he didn’t want anybody scratching his 93 Chevy Impala, which is understandable.  Splash can offer some parking consulting tips for a fee.

• Friend of Huck’s wife, just diagnosed with ALS.  She’s in her 30’s, married and 2 kids.
