Warm-O-Rama: SSHs, Abe Vigoda, Arm swirlie things, Michael Phelps, Seal Claps, Toy Soldier, Imperial Walker, Overhead claps.

The Thang:

Mosey to playground parking lot. Start with WW2 then run to other side of lot and do Merkins. In reps of 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, 34, 55, 89. I think a couple made it to 89.

Mosey to block pile. Grab some bricks and do Twin Tower of Trust.

Mosey to gravel lot with block. Start with squat thrusters, run to other side and do Curls. Same reps as above. Many modifications made. Not sure anyone made it to 55.

Mosey back to starting spot and did a few Marys.

COT

Prayers for Bullwinkle and boys traveling across country.

Prayers for The Jerk and others for upcoming youth group camp.

NMM

Since this was YHC’s VQ, lot of roasting at the beginning, but I think YHC had the final word.

Code Red and Red Baron were strong throughout, maybe it was the color?

I think I heard Dr. Toot swearing at the end.

I think the 12 PAX brick trust was high during the Twin Tower of Trust, would probably drop quickly with blocks.

All PAX’s body and brains were exhausted by the end. It’s hard to keep count in this sequence.

I think Mr. Fibonacci would have been proud with how we performed. Thanks everyone coming out to my VQ!
