As I suspected, the morning after a long weekend to bring summer in was not a very popular time to post! 3 was the number to be for our little morning at Flatline.  Still a strong group of men!

The Thang

Mosey to Corpening Plaza

Killer B’s

10 Burpees

20 Bonnie Blairs

10-Big Boy sit ups(we did WWII)

Broad jump to middle perform the Killer B’s again

Broad jump to end of plaza and perform another round of killer B’s

Bear Crawl back to the middle of the plaza and then mosey to the other side.

Repeato 2 Sets

Wall Workout 3 sets

10-mike Tysons

30-Peoples Chair with jack reachers

10 Donkey kicks

Run to the top of the reflecting pool 3-sets

10-dips

10 Merkins

10 Dive Bombers

Parking Deck 4-sets

5-pull ups

10 alternating lunges (DC)

20- american Hammer

Mary at the top of Parking Deck

Mutton Crunch IC x 12

Freddy merc. IC x 10

Low Flutter IC X 12

I really enjoyed my time with this Group!! Getting to chat with lambchop and Dr. Toot is always a pleasure! They are both triathlon studs and I am grateful to have them as workout partners. You guys keep me coming back and I thank you for that!!

    Sorry to miss, Red! I set the alarm and everything! Just snoozed it too much and by that point too late to make it there. Also soreness from Memorial Day workouts didn’t help the cause. Still! Sorry to miss your solid Q. Next time!
