On November 1, 2017, The Kirk was released (by Mongoose) on the following Pax:

Prospector, Red Eye, Splash, Huckleberry, Zima, Litterbox, Plunger, Balco, TPS, Quiver, Flyby, Spamalot, Sassy, Gepetto, Touch Me Not, Fingers, Mongoose (QIC)

Take a look at those names.  Many of the Pax who were there that day have not been seen since.  And some live across the street from Mayhem.  Heck, Plunger decided to move away altogether!

Many of these guys still live here.  Want some guys to EH?  Pick one of the above and text or call them.  We need them back out in the gloom.

This morning, as the Pax arrived, YHC quickly noticed that only Spalsh and me were repeat customers for this so-called fun workout.  Mongoose referred to the entire thing as a “time waster.”

Mission Statement and 5 Core Principles were recited.  YHC received high marks for the delivery.  Practice makes perfect.

I think most got 4 to 6 laps in.  Everyone put in solid work.

Mosey back to the parking lot (UP THE HILL) for Mary.

Usual assortment of exercises.  Low flutters, low dollys, Freddy Mercs, Mutton Crunches, Penguin Crunches, Dying Cockroaches. LBCs, maybe one other.  All IC, all x 12.

Rowdie (not entirely certain if I spelled it correctly.  Probably not) posted for the first time since the Pandemic.  Welcome back, and keep coming out.

The gloves YHC had been wearing for a long time finally caught up with everyone.  Holes everywhere, and the smell.  OMG, the smell.  The final straw was that YHC had worn them last Friday while posting at F3 Cape Fear.  I had then sealed them into a ziplock bag.  Suffice to say when the bag was opened this morning, the smell was…. unique.  Following the end of COT, Pony and Burlap accompanied YHC to the trash can to ensure that they were thrown out.  They were.

Not a lot of MC – Mongoose would be proud.

Plunger makes his return from the low country this Saturday at Purgatory.  Do not miss.

Burlap has the Q for GreeNest on Saturday.  Still looking for guys to help.  Pony immediately stepped up.  If you have not volunteered, it is a great way to give back.  Only takes a couple of hours after your Saturday workout.
