We all made it to the stadium in one piece. I had 3 separate plans for the parking lot depending on the amount of time we had. It was already 0552, so we didn’t have long before heading back. Thus, plan C it was:

Great to meet Guac, who said he was out for the first time after a couple of years. It was his first bootcamp as well – he had only done runs when he was out with us before. Got after it and gave a HC for next week, too!

Spoken prayer request for my MiL who had a successful surgery yesterday to remove half of her thyroid. Prayers still needed for a speedy recovery.
