Lap around Hanes Park, stop at Pilot View

Run up Pilot View to Carolina Ave and back down
Proceed to Brookstown Ave
Run up Brookstown to Carolina Ave and back down
Proceed to Clover (Intimidator)
Run up Clover to Carolina Ave and back down

Run up Clover
Left on Carolina Ave
Left on Pilot View
Left on West End and back to Clover
(approx. 0.60 miles)

Proceed to Track
Run 200, 100 mosey
Run 400
Mosey back to Clover and repeat previous 0.60 mile loop
Back to track and repeat pattern until time is called
