QIC: Post Hole

Weather is still brutal even at 5:30 AM. Stay hydrated everyone. The heat and humidity seemed more like sugar than lemons. At 5:25 Lamb Chop and I were discussing coffee plans when the PAX started to show up in waves. Little time for chatter, we got after it.
WARMORAMA
- Mosey to the track
- PAX completed two laps of Indian Runs ( No disrespect intended).
- SSH x 30 IC
- Copperhead Squats x 20 IC
- Merkins x 10 OYO
- Burpees x 5 OYO
- Bonnie Blairs x 10 OYO
- Freddie Merc x 20 OYO
And that folks, was our warmup.
THE THANG
One lap around the track – Jailbreak the straights, Lt. Dans through the first curve and bear crawl the second curve
PAX Partnered Up
Partner A moseyed the track, Partner B would complete 5 squats and then sprint to catch Partner A. Flap jack. We completed two laps
Moseyed to the bottom of the intimidator
PAX were given a choice of straight up or to the left. Left was called.
Moseyed to the bottom of Pilot View
PAX were instructed to complete the following at every cross street
- Squats x 25
- Merkins x 15
- Burpees x 5
PAX went two blocks up Pilot View, Right on Jersey Ave and two block over to Clover. PAX completed five rounds.
Mosey to the Start and circle up for one round of ring of fire. Each PAX completed 5 merkins and the rest held high plank.

Where to start. YHC really had no idea that Cherry Pie was going to show but had no doubt that the Warmorama would be CP approved. After our first mosey Palin questioned the lack of stretching and no Abe Vigodas. There was chatter but it was muffled under the heavy breathing. After the bear crawl there was call for Omaha. Seriously? We just got started. Palin asked about Abe Vigodas. After the partner laps there were more calls for omaha. Palin asked about Abe Vigodas. Once the action was called at Pilot View there were shouts of approval…or groans. Palin asked about Abe Vigodas. This is the point where the Q became the six and knew he was surrounded by, or trailing behind, warriors. Red Baron, Cherry Pie and Sac were all work and out in front the whole way. Lamb Chop, Greenspan and Drip were in the mix all morning. Razzie talks tired but he does not stop. Snooki is naturally robotic and battery fully charged. YHC is certain Mutton slowed his pace down just so the Q would not be left behind. Otherwise he would have been up front. We finished up giving Palin what he had asked for all morning. Super group this morning. Kotters to Sac. Always an honor to lead. Thanks for the keys Lamb Chop.
