YHC was thinking of repeating a WIB i Q’d a bit ago and when i saw snooki in the grocery store the night before it seemed like a sign so i went with it. what i did not anticipate was a yellow jacket sting on my calf that made moving painful. regardless, i showed up and enjoyed my time as the 6.
the circuit was as follows
- at the tennis court practice wall – BTTW wall walk
- at snooki’s house – climb the rope
- at Elizabeth and Magnolia – iron mike x10
- at Magnolia and Rosewood – HR merkin x10
- at Rosewood and Leisure – Heels to heaven x10
add 2 reps per lap for the last three stations.
