10 PAX shook off the fartsack, fog, and humidity to get better at Redline this am.

Warmup: Run a lap around the YMCA (Sunset, Glade, West End)

The Thang:

-200m run (200m recovery); 400m (200m recovery); 600m (200m recovery); 800m (200m recovery); Run up Intimidator

-Repeato except run up Broookstown

T-claps to Mongoose and TR who completed the full running portion.  Everyone else forced to modify due to time constraints.

Was good to have Chomper out with us this am.  Prayers for his family on the loss of his nephew Emerson.

    Yep a Winklevoss Redline with hills … what’s not to like ?
    Great to have Chomper with us. And Mongoose and TR for motivation, Hitman for the push, Balco for the sarcasm , Cobra for the fear factor , Palin for the sweaty arms, Greenspan for the Financial help and or course Resistor for the constant meaning less chatter.
