9 PAX arrived ready to live out the 2nd core principle, we are held outdoors, rain or shine! Those present were given the option of the weinke in my left hand or right hand. The Left hand weinke won out in a 5 to 3 vote, YHC abstaining, and so we launched into week 3 of the IPC workout. PAX were given the option to perform the workout, perform the modified workout, or to modify the workout for themselves. Some even took a “best ball” approach such that when the first person to finish their 50 reps, everyone set out around the track.

I appreciate y’all being there this am, I know that IPC isn’t everyones cup of tea, but I hope we were able to have fun with it. I think I have been banned from Qing at conspiracy for the rest of the year!
