Greenspan implored that I include adequate elevation for his Bourbon Chase training weekend and specifically requested a “gut punch” at the end. I think I made him happy even if I upset everyone else.

Levi comes to us compliments of Hedwig. Enjoys crossfit in his spare time. Felt mislead on the distance and grade of the run this morning. From backwoods WVA, physical therapist by trade. options discussed include bellbottom, tough skins, husky cut, disco, stonewash, etc. Decided on tough skin.
