YHC was feeling a bit uninspired thinking about what to do for redline, started looking at old backblasts and it seemed the usual plans were getting worn out. With the SiteQ planning to be absent, I knew I could get away with flirting with the boundaries of the AO… but then I came across the 867-5309 workout Balco stole from his M and used 10/27/20 (https://www.f3winstonsalem.com/f3/2020/10/for-a-good-time-run/)
So that was the plan, warm up mosey counterclockwise to the base of BV. plan explained, glowsticks courtesy of Zima to aid in finding the numbers marked on the ground.
- Run to the “8” marker, mosey down
- Run to the “6” marker, mosey down
- Run to the “7” marker, mosey down
- Run to the “5” marker, mosey down
- Run to the “3” marker, mosey down
- Run to the “0” marker, mosey down
- Run to the “9” marker, mosey down
Strong work by all, appreciate mongoose slowing down a bit to run with me, zima put in a little bit extra to finish the “3” leg, FDF was getting after it with manscape, great to see pinky back with us – sounds like he is going to make this a regular thing!, balco must have seen the slack message about reflective gear, cobra did not, suede looked happy with the workout, chomper was first to arrive at the AO, ready to get after it and winklevoss i think was last to arrive but ran strong regardless.
