A gaggle of PAX eager to tackle the route laid out by the Q descended on Leinbach Park on a beautiful late summer morning. A couple even got an EC preview of the route before hand.
Once all had returned to launch, we gunned for the final 10-12 minutes with some CDD’s, Lunges, Wide Merkins and Squats.
All PAX assembled, minus the Q, enjoyed the running portion of the beatdown. YHC had a previous back injury creep up on Sunday afternoon which prevented me from running, but by golly, nothing was going to keep me from gunning with these fine HIMs.
@Burlap appreciated the music selection provided. During a Jason Aldean song he asked “is this some of his older stuff?” and YHC had to think about it. Indeed, the song in question was on Aldean’s Night Train album which was released in 2012 and that was a depressing realization. #TimeFlies
YHC took us out thanking Him for our blessings and asking to keep us mindful of the impact we have on those around us.
