Lets get back to that epic Wall down on the field, shall we? Last time YHC tried to use it during  Q, the skies opened up and the PAX nearly drown – most notably Tigger was scared to death of his wife for soaking her car… thankfully he survived unscathed, and he even HCed for the follow-up!

• #TClaps to @Greenspan and @Palin for running a 5K EC route before the beatdown.
• This was a lively bunch, thanks in no part to a @Tigger HC being fulfilled, and @Palin just being there.
• @Tigger brought out the Iron Throne AO Flag to finally hand over to @Crash… it sure is a pretty looking flag!
• We took the lonnnng way around to the Wall on the field. @Tigger was not pleased.
• All of the PAX were somewhat in awe of the Wall. It’s solid, fairly randomly placed, and hardly ever used. Until today!
• The Australian Mountain climbers were a real crowd pleaser, YHC and @greenspan spent much time discussing the origins of Chess on that first round.
• The surprise second Grinder was when the groaning started… but it was the gentlest Grinder of them all. Only @Frostbite could be heard complaining about the running..
• @Spam was none-too-pleased when a third grinder was called especially one containing Burpees.
• Turns out @palin doesn’t like Donkey Kicks because they hurt his feet, which YHC understands (having a long history of ingrown toenails), but these were on grass, versus the usual pavement, so YHC told @Palin to toughen up. That always works.
• @Burns had no complaints until the Bear Crawl was called… in fact, every PAX complained. When YHC declared it was written on my wienke, and that I’d show it to @Burns in a bit, comments took a turn south. 
• Even @Drip commented on YHCs folded up weinke not being appropriate to show on Elementary school grounds.
• @Crash nearly had to intervene as the Site Q to prevent the AO from being shutdown, he also reminded us that a High School would also not be appropriate to show such things!
• The lunge walk was declared a timewaster, but @greenspan had to go get his jacket… and again, it was on the weinke, people! 
• Once we ran back to launch for Mary, the PAX again, were none-too-pleased by the called exercise: WWII for 25IC. Not only did it take til about 10 to get the cadence right, but YHC heard it was boring, and bad for the tailbone. Just gotta build up that tailbone callus, boys! 
• In the end we did 1.7 miles, which is a surprisingly high number considering we just stayed on the field and played with the Wall. 

A great group of men, and it was nice to get back to the Iron Throne after some time away due to training for distance running. A great start to the day, and YHC appreciates everyone who posted. Until next time,
