• Normal things, until we got to arm swirly things. No one (even Cherry Pie) expects the alternating 8 Burpees OYO.
• A lap around the track, handoff to Lysol.

Lysol:

PAX line up in 2lines (one behind Zuck, the other behind Vig) for one lap reverse peloton run…of note, Vig line was a disaster. Peloton run to field beneath education hill. Partner up for DORA 1,2,3 action. Partner A runs to end of field performs 1 burpee, the returns, Partner B perform exercise. 100 Larry Craig merks, 200 LBC, 300 single leg lunge. YHC acquiesced to PAX disapproval of lunge count and accommodated single leg counting. Lots of MC re “time-wasting”, lack of planning, blah-blah, all of which made YHC smile more! YHC passes baton to Bluto for intimidator beat-down.

Bluto:

Then to Intim for BLIMP(S)Timidator.  5 burpees at bottom, run to 1st stop sign for 5 burpees and 10 lunges.  Run to bottom.  And so on and so on adding 15 ISTs, 20 Merkins, 25 Plank jacks and 30 Squats.  Then to the field for Cobra’s Mary.  Much MC re: suckiness of plan.  But lots of high fives and encouragement, notably from Meta (FKA Zuckerberg) and 5 Dollar Footlong.

Cobra took us out with 6 great minutes of Mary.
