This was The Vig’s fault.  On Tuesday at Redline, The Vig begged, like a little boy for a puppy, to repeat the ascent of Pilot View.  At the time, YHC had no stomach nor legs for such a dumb idea; afterwards, however, YHC realized that he was slipping a little and needed to man up.  At the time, YHC had not remembered that I had the WIB Q, but upon learning it from the calendar burst (good job, Van Gogh), the easiest ever Q planning crystalized.

Warmarama:

SSHs, real slow Abe Vigoda, Downward/Upward Dog combo & stretches

The Thang:

Mosey to the base of Pilot View at which point YHC shared the plan.

• Three hills, Pilot View, Brookstown, and the Intimidator. Five stops on each hill:

Then mosey to pull-up bars for 30 reps.

NMM:

• Burns seemed confused at the idea that more than one hill would be involved. YHC just laughed.
• Cheesesteak seemed confused when we moseyed past the Intimidator and which exercises he was supposed to be doing. YHC just rolled his eyes.
• The H.O.G. got in 2 EC miles pre-workout and seemed confused when people slowed down to do exercises. YHC just desired to be 8 years younger.
• The Toot had all of his faculties about him and was not confused in the least. #WarDaddy.

This was a solid beatdown.  Most scoffed at the idea that we could get through all three hills plus the pull-ups.  Everyone finished, with YHC bringing up the six at 6:16.  It will reappear at a later date for those who regret not posting this morning.
