7 pax showed up for a valentines day Q from an injured Huckleberry. It was promised that his workout would be no running and no jumping. so here is what happened……
Schneider and cowboy got in a partner EC run and Zima walked in alone after doing something (running, murph, slaying a dragon, complaining about Y membership prices……)
0530 – warm o rama – Abe V, IW, Whirly with clap, michael phelps, merkins
the thang
2 cones set 8 parking spots apart.
12 hand release merkins at cone 1. bear crawl DB drill to cone 2 for 2 divebombers. mosey back to cone 1 and repeat with 10 hand release merkins and 4 divebombers. continue till 2 merkins and 12 divebombers.
round 2 – same format but 12 LBC at cone 1. AND crab walk DB drill to cone 2 for 2 crabcakes. continue to completed
slow walk to the wall – 15 squats IC. 15 low pulse squats IC. 15 high pulse squats IC. 15 full range squats IC. wall sit till we fall over.
Mary – low flutter and low dolly. Hucks 3 merkins.
Prayers –
announcements – starfish has Q at Parliment, Greenest on Saturday. Blood drive. pickleball is a thing now.
no spoken prayers – likely due to getting off track with the pickleball and Zima’s grandmother (see below)

Zima asked if I had been banned from Qing at every site in the dash yet
Starfish says “well done” at the end. everyone else argued
Starfish plans to Q pickleball again – Zima threatened that his grandmother could beat all the dash pax. then some inappropriate comments about Zimas mother and grandmother.
no one completed the crabwalk to crabcake combination. in fact, some pax did not even attempt it (I wont name anyone because modifications are always welcome but think about a Truly 25 years ago)
schneider ate something during the super bowl made him rotten on the inside
everyone pushed hard this morning and hopefully they were able to rest their Achilles and work their shoulders.
