To the blocks and return to parking lot for Dora the Musical.

Pax 1 does called exercise while pax 2 lung walks, bear crawls, Cusack, or any other mode of transportation besides running to the 3rd cone and returns to switch with partner. Perform called exercise until the next song comes on. After explaining we performed skull crushers and Mtn climbers until the current song finished. Musical Dora exercises were merkins, curls, squats w/block,bench press, LBC’s, overhead press.
Return blocks and return to parking lot for Mary
