Complaints, pomegranates, and a big hill at Conspiracy

Thankful for the opportunity to Q at the Mothership AO for the first time in a long time, and fresh off the randomness that is a Lamb Chop Q at Flatline, YHC thought the pax deserved a lovely dose of the classics on this prestigious locale.

It was a fine bunch of new and old faces that assembled on another “way too chilly for this late in the year” day.  As 0530 struck, we got started!  Spicoli was already there, so the Q assumed it was 0540 and he was running way behind, but nope, he was there on time.  (YHC is assuming he was up all night with his new born)

From the jump, CP started complaining about stuff, the Q’s lack of energy, kids on his lawn, the usual stuff.  Toto and Lamb Chop had a lovely conversation about fruit trees that evidently LC is trying to grow.  Best YHC can recall, he has a poorly performing orange tree, 6 banana trees, and a pink lady apple tree that will make you blush.

  • People’s Chair with Jack Reachers (CP complained about this, notice a theme yet?)
  • Balls to the Wall for 30 seconds
  • Mosey to benches
  • 10 Dips & 20 alt leg step ups
    • 3 rounds of this fun
  • Mosey to big hill around the bend for some Dora!
    • 100 merkins
    • 200 LBC
    • 300 squats
    • P1 does exercise, P2 runs halfway up the hill and back
    • CP initially complained about only running halfway up the hill – he later threw his one compliment to the Q later on about this
  • Mosey back to benches
    • 25 Irkins
  • Back to Tunnel of Love
    • 25 Dirkins
    • you guessed it, vertically challenged CP complained his feet couldn’t reach that high
  • Back to Pull up bars for one more set of 5 pull ups
  • Mosey back to parking lot

Mary time 

NMM

  • Toto and Lamb Chop had a lovely cup of coffee at the bottom of the hill after finishing up Dora
  • We learned Cheesesteak has a Pomegranate tree that is from a country that currently is invading a neighboring country so we were torn if we should sanction the tree or just direct our sanctions at the leadership of the country since the tree does not appear to support the current leadership.
  • Some lovely partner work for YHC with Spittoon, nice to meet you!
  • For all the complaining, Red Baron and CP about lapped the field during Dora, so TClaps for that
  • We celebrated Mutton’s upcoming trip to Nawlin’s by doing Carolina Crunches during Mary, we think he did have to cut out Lamb Chop from his will in order to afford the venture.  And he kept asking pax if they needed a new a/c unit throughout the workout, which was weird.
  • It was good to see Spicoli’s classic shorts are still being worn
  • Chick Flick was working too hard to partake in any of the nonsense
  • Toto promised free beer on Sunday

Announcements

  • Spring solstice convergence is Saturday, Hanes Park
  • Spicoli is buying the coffee for everyone except FNG’s (YHC thinks he got that right)
