Beautiful morning at Hanes Park. Temp was hovering in the upper 40s. Five minutes till time and an “all go” group of PAX showed up to the “Premier Wednesday Workout”. Once YHC had a time keeper on board we were at it.

- Warm up lap around the track
THANG
PAX were led up to the pull up bars and partnered up. Pax A completes five pull ups while B holds peoples chair. Flap jack till A &B have completed twenty pull-ups.
Mosey to Reynolds Auditorium
A well placed piece of cardboard read:
- Burpees x 7
- Overhead claps x 14
- Merkins (any style) x 21
- Big Boi Situps x 28
- Squats x 35
After each exercise the PAX would run a lap around the auditorium. The group completed the entire round in good time……too good a time. REPEATO. PAX complete two rounds.

It was awesome to be back out on Wednesday. YHC has been absent far too long. Today`s beatdown was no joke but this group sailed on through. Pretty sure the only groan of disapproval YHC heard all morning was following the word, “Repeato”. It faded fast. Good to see Dirty Bird, sounds like he has been off for a minute. Not surprising that Greenspan, Cheesesteak and Palin were out in front all morning. If you ask Lamb Chop he will probably tell you he got up this morning. He is always so giddy to share about the latest venues or current events that he may not know he even worked out. First time meeting Hot Sauce but he is no slouch. Chick Flick was in the mix all morning. Drip, third time posting this week, was in a disagreement with his knee. Even still, he was all over this beatdown. Mutton had little to say but showed us all how to grind, pick `em up and put`em down. Cannot speak for everybody else but YHC had an absolute blast this morning. Great group, great chatter and enough work to leave ten sweat angels on the parking lot! Guys it was honor, thanks for showing up. Lamb Chop the keys are laying near a well placed piece of cardboard.
