The Thang

Mosey to cobble stone bridge. Balls to the Wall for 20 seconds. Then 10 Australian Merkins, 10 DC Australian Mr. Climbers, then 10 Derkins.

Mosey to top side of bridge. Howling Monkey Humpers, followed by Howling Pickle Pounders, followed by Howling Merkins (5 each, and then sent back).

Mosey to long bridge for Dora.

100 Merkins, 200 WWII, 300 Squats.

Mosey to Benches for a Toot Special. Dips, Derkins (then Merkins, then Irkins), Mike Tysons, Peter Parkers.

Mosey back to start for Mary. Time enough for 15 LBC, and Mutton Crunch on each side.

Drip was not feeling well so I humbly and graciously offered to Q (in exchange for beer). I learned all about Post Hole’s retirement plans, Cheesesteak and Frost Bite’s love of good cheap lunch buffet food you can only find on Peter’s Creek Parkway, and how Chick Flick seems to always have plans for the weekend.

Post Hole, I left the keys under where Frost Bite was Pickle Pounding, hope you can find them!
