PAX: Mongoose, Superfly, Frostbite (WB), Argyle, Green Acres (WD), Wobegon, Lambchop, Ziggy Stardust, Boomerang (YHC)
YHC had one April vacancy when he turned over the reins to the new site Q and the 14th was the day. It began like any other Thursday morning, many of the regulars and Argyle was even early, must be the time change.
The mission statement was given and the 5 core principles were requested from various PAX. With this behind us the warmarama began-SSH and Imperial Walkers. Followed by a mosey to the flagpole for arm work-swirlies forwards and backwards, seal claps, overhead claps and ending with Michael Phelps. Mosey to the end of the lot for Whirlies and Abe Vigodas.
Next to the rock pile for a challenging/high rep, but no running rock selection.
To the circle where the PAX found 4 stations each with 3 exercises and a selection of cards. The PAX divided themselves between the 4 stations and drew a card to determine the number of reps for each exercise at that station-2-5=15 reps, 6-10=20 reps and Jack to Ace=25 reps. If a joker appeared the PAX moved to the wall for a break from the stations. In between stations, mosey around the circle

Bus Drivers, WWII’s and Goblet Squats
YHC and Green Acres seemed to draw in the upper range of the cards at the 4 stations, but judging from some of the sounds made others had their share of face cards too.
The first Joker was sighted after about 10 minutes and we were off to the wall-10 Jack Reachers down the line as the PAX held People’s Chair, then 10 Mike Tysons.
Back to the station you left and resume.
The second Joker appeared and it was back to the wall for 10 rebound drills and BTTW. YHC knew Green Acres would be pleased with that selection. Others of the PAX were not.
Continue with the stations until almost time, return rocks and mosey back to the start. Most PAX got through 2 to 3 rotations-Well Done.
Mosey back to the start arriving just in time-DONE.

Lambchop, while not a regular at TRQ did make a plug to attend Conspiracy and a potential PAX to take on Site Q responsibilities-help a PAX out, it’s not too much work.
