WARMORAMA: SSH, stretchy stretches, Abe Vigodas, Whirleys…..

THE THANG:  Ascending/descending ladders of burpees and plank jacks. 2,4,6,8,10,12,14,16,18,20=110 total. Moved from the closest parking lot to the farther parking lot for a different 1,2,3 Dora. 100 single count rocking chair lunges, 200 low dolleys, and 300 glute bridges while the partner ran to the end of the parking lot and back. Short cut to the coupons for 20 curls, 20 overhead presses, 20 curls, 20 skull crushers, 20 curls, 20 bent over rows, and 20 curls. Photos of pull up bar usage were made by Giselle, and we finished where we began for a Thistle merkin. Victory achieved at 8 am.

COT: Healing for Bullwinkle’s achilles, as well as Hansel tweaking a quad tendon. Encouraged the PAX to focus on the positive attributes of our family so that the aggravating attributes will not be in focus. Be the change you want to see in others.

MNM: I stole the worst thing that Litter Box dished out yesterday believing that no one would be the wiser. Unfortunately, Hansel was there yesterday and made his inaugural trip to Alcatraz and did the preliminary Murph at Alcatraz, so his eye did twitch from the horrible ladder of burpees this morning, but despite a tweaked quad tendon, he didn’t miss a rep. Bullwinkle is coming back from his leg injury, but looked way good as he Chippendaled the workout. Zima was his usual self despite an ill-advised metric century bike ride to and from Pilot Mountain yesterday afternoon. Van Gogh and Giselle were Team Beast throughout. Ziffle was right on, live action, at all times….after he showed up
