Mosey around the parking lot.
Beat Down:
Parking Space Merkins:
starting with one rep in each of 4 corners performing regular merkin, Diamond merkin, wide merkin and hand release. Increasing by one up to 5 x around. mode of transport to each corner was bear crawl, side steps on hands and crawl bear and side step on hands. All really seemed to enjoy this. It was very quiet and a lot of heavy breathing.
We had to head over to the blocks for some strength but to get there we lunged walked the parking lot forward halfway and backward lunge halfway.
Block Work:
21 gun salute became 42 gun salute, skull crushers, overhead press, bent over rows, kettle bell swings for two rounds.
Then I thought we should add some Easter to this party, so Murder bunnies with blocks. One pax did murder bunnies and the other John Cusack the block, then switch person. To complete this we did reverse murder bunnies (I forgot the name) with the same process.
Mosey back to the benches in front and did dips, eerkins and derkins ic , x 2 rounds. Left there and went to the parking lot for hand release burpee bunny hops x 5. Moved over to the discipleship parking area for some hot apple turnovers.
Got this from the execon. Bear crawl x 3 parking spaces, flip over and crab walk x 3 parking spaces and crawl bear x 3 spaces the length of the parking lot and back. After we got our fill with hot apple turnovers we went to the wall for some peoples chair and balls to the wall. Short walk over to the cement tables and benches for some step-ups 20 each leg. I was going to do some box jumps but the benches seemed a little unsteady.

Round robin of pax pick of abdominal exercises except for Ziffel adding in some merkins.
All in all, I thought it was a great time had by all and the men got their monies worth.
